TIP: You should mail your invitations seven to eight weeks before the wedding date unless it is a destination wedding, which you can mail out your invitations up to six months prior to the getaway wedding.

Announce
If your friends and relatives are larger than the number of guests you are able to invite to your wedding celebration, send announcements to spread your wonderful news. Invitations By Nature invitations may be used as an announcement by simply changing the wording. Your announcements should be mailed immediately after the ceremony, preferably on the same day.
TIP: A gift is not required in response to an announcement.

Invitations
Don’t Run Short~ It is typical that after the invites have gone out a long lost relative or old college friend will emerge from the shadows and suddenly need an invite to the wedding. Save time and possible embarrassment by ordering 25 more invitations than you initially plan to use. This will take care of last-minute additions and allow for mistakes in addressing envelopes. It costs more to reorder than to order 25 extra on your original order.

Postage:
Most of our invitation ensembles require slightly more than the regular amount of postage simply because they are square in size. We suggest that you contact your local post office for exact postage before mailing your ensemble. If you like the design however are on a budget, most invitation styles can be modified for a more economical option to mail.

Envelopes
Traditionally, two envelopes are used when mailing invitations or announcements, however, this is not necessary. Our invitations are environmentally friendly and the extra envelopes are simply a waste of paper. If you would like to use inner and outer, let us know and we will order accordingly special for you.

Inner Envelopes
The invitation with any accompanying enclosure cards, are first placed in the inner envelope. The invitation should be inserted so that when the guest removes the invite from the envelope, the front right side up is pulled out. We do not offer lined inner envelopes.

Reply Cards
Receptions can be costly, and accurate guest counts are a must. Reply cards are essential for determining the number of reception guests to plan for. Enclosed with the invitation, a reply card is later returned in the accompanying printed reply envelope indicating whether or not guests plan to attend. Anything can be written on a reply card. If you do not want the reply returned to you physically a card with instructions for e-mailing or phone a reply in can be placed inside as well. Short Poems, Prayers, directions to the reception etc are also available on these cards.

Thank you Cards
We offer a variety of “thank you” designs that can be used for gift notes and other brief messages. Also, any informal note may be printed as a thank you note for expressions of appreciation that match your invitations.

Programs
Wedding programs provide a practical and thoughtful way to introduce the wedding party and guide your guests through the service. Programs list the order of the service, the names of the participants, the music and perhaps a favourite quote from the bride and groom. They also make great keepsakes for your guests.

Favours
The packages of Jordan Almonds and keychains with the couples’ names etched on them are becoming increasingly outdated. The almonds are simply cliché and not all that tasty. Monogrammed objects such as keychains, shot glasses, coasters and wine stoppers often end up collecting dust in a drawer or cabinet eventually ending up in the landfill. Guests will be delighted to receive a favour that is unique but can be used up with little or no waste afterwards.
Unique Candies or Chocolates in recyclable packaging, luxurious natural soaps and body products, Grow-able Green Favours, Edible Spices, Herbal Teas, Jams and Jellies, Uniquely decorated cookies, and charitable donations in the place of favours are trendy right now. It is important when choosing favours to consider what will interest your guests, be unique and what will surely always impress!
